Leadership is critical and needed
It is important that your leaders are onboard with Agile and understand what it means, because for some organisations the philosophy can feel like a radical change and requires commitment. To help with early success and alignment, we offer a course titled, “Lean and Agile for Executives,” which speaks to leadership’s functions and responsibilities related to an Agile implementation.
